At your treatment, skin is numbed with a topical numbing agent for patient comfort. The SkinPen device is moved across the face in a deliberate pattern, targeting any areas of concern. The device uses a sterile, single use cartridge with stainless steel medical grade needles and a bio-sheath for ultimate safety. As the wand moves across the face, it creates thousands precise of microinjuries to the skin which promote collagen production and stimulate the skin’s natural healing process, and as new cells develop, skin is brighter and firmer with a smoother skin tone and texture. How many treatments do I need?

Following your Microneedling treatment, you can expect to see smoother skin, a reduction in fine lines, and improvement in tone and texture. While results can be seen after one treatment, most patients will commit to a series of treatments once a month, and then come in for maintenance treatments as needed.

Can I use PRP or Exosome Serum?

Microneedling treatments can be combined with InfiniVive MD Exosome Serum or platelet rich plasma serum (PRP) to add proteins and growth factors to the skin for further regenerative improvements and an extra rejuvenation boost to the skin.

What results can I expect?

The Microneedling treatment is comfortable and tolerable. Post treatment skin will feel sunburnt and will be red and slightly swollen, this should dissipate within 24-72 hours. There little to no downtime, and most patients can return to work or school the following day. Additional side effects can include dryness, tightness, tenderness, and peeling skin which will resolve within 7-10 days post treatment. It is recommended not to apply any makeup after your SkinPen treatment, and post care instructions can vary depending on Exosome Serums or Growth or PRP used after your treatment.

What other areas can I treat?
