RF microneedling for acne scarsThe U.S. Food and Drug Administration has cleared radio frequency (RF) microneedling to treat acne scars. RF microneedling is also an excellent treatment for surgical scars, fine lines, sun damage and large pores. It’s a minimally invasive treatment that requires no downtime and rejuvenates the skin by stimulating collagen production. Severe acne scarring can bring serious physical and psychological distress to adolescents and adults.
